PU SCREED FLOOR

Polyurethane PU is a chemical that is designed specifically for industrial floorings in cold rooms and industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, and industries in which floors can regularly change from dry to wet. It is resistant to organic acids, inorganic acids, hydrochloric acids, various types of alkalis and many more. It is shock and scratch resistant as well. It is suitable for areas where water flows or wet areas. It is also resistant to drastic changes in temperature (-50 C to 100 C). Polyurethane concrete MF/HF is mainly composed of polyurethane concrete which is produces a strong and durable coating able to withstand impacts, protect against germs and bacteria, and drastic changes in behavior. We offer many different types of coating which will be well suited to every project.

Specifically for heavily used floors. PU Screed has properties of impact absorption, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, durability, and the ability to withstand drastic changes in temperature(40 C – 120 C). It non-slip seamless surface also does not allow for the growth of germs and bacteria. There are many colors to choose from. It dries quickly meaning it is perfect for projects there are few holidays. It can be customized to many different levels of thicknesses.

  1. Screed-MF Smooth surface , thickness (3-6 mm) suitable for wet floors, for industrial uses, in food areas, and in the kitchen
  2. Screed-HF Rough surface, thickness(6-9 mm) suitable for industrial uses, in food areas, and refrigerated rooms

PU SELFLEVELING

PU SELF LEVELING is a process in which an expert technician coats the floor using a screed system. There are many colors and shades available.
